Payment Options

We want to make your shopping experience with as fast and easy as possible. We accept any of the following payment options:

    Processing & Shipping 

    Processing time is the time needed to prepare and perfect your order before it is placed in transit. 
    Shipping (transit) time is the time needed for your order to be dispatched from our facility and to arrive to your shipping address.  Our shipping times vary depending on the items purchased. 
    Shipping options are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping (2-5 processing days + 3 shipping days)
    • Express Shipping (2-5 processing days + 2 shipping days



    • Standard Shipping (1 processing day + 3 shipping days
    • Express Shipping (1 processing day +2 shipping days)
    Shipping price also varies depending on your total at checkout. Any purchase over $100 will ALWAYS include free shipping.
    NOTE: Processing begins the same day of purchase for orders placed before 1pm CST on any business day (Monday - Friday). Processing will begin the following business day for orders placed after 1pm CST or for orders placed on non business days (Saturday and Sunday).

    Lost Packages

    All packages are insured under USPS. In the case of a misplaced, lost, or stolen package, please contact your local USPS office ASAP to discuss the next steps to take in locating your package.

    Quality Assurance

    We ensure that only the BEST product is sent to each individual customer. Each order will be inspected thoroughly before leaving our facility. Quality is our #1 priority and we are devoted to ONLY offering perfection. If there is ever an order that is not up to our quality standards, we will personally contact you via email to discuss potential delayed arrival or refund.

    Return/Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns.  All hair is on an order to order basis, meaning, once you create and purchase an order it is purchased and ordered on our end. In MOST cases, we will not issue refunds due to our Quality Assurance Guarantee before being dispatched to you. 
    In the event that you received an incorrect order, please contact us via company email, provide photos, and we will personally walk you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. 

    In order to qualify for a refund for an incorrect order you must abide by the following:

    • You must contact us via company email within 2 Business Days of when you received your package.
    • Hair must be returned in its ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
    • ALL pieces and your ORIGINAL order summary must be present upon returning arrival to our facility.
    *Partial returns do not fall under our qualifications for a refund and WILL not be accepted.*
    *We are unable to issue refunds on incorrect orders that have been compromised or altered in any way.* 


    Since our products are on an order to order basis, unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted at this time.
